Is it legal?
Yes. Agreements can be entered into in a number of ways. One of these ways is by clicking 'Accept' or similar buttons on a website or mobile app.
Don't I have to sign?
No. But you know this already. You've been buying (and sometimes selling) things online for years now. A real signature with a pen on paper is really only required for a small number of agreements. As for the rest, all of these can be entered into, amongst other ways, electronically. So the short answer is 'No'.
